A member of the ACI Industries GroupACI Industries Converting, Ltd. (ACI) is a prime manufacturer and converter of quality non-woven, tissue and toweling products. The process of converting and manufacturing is performed at our state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot facility, which is conveniently located in Central Ohio. The 10 separate converting lines gives us the capacity, capability and flexibility to meet even the strictest of customer demands.
ACI services all market segments, but predominately caters to the janitorial/sanitation, hospitality, governmental, and industrial supply industries.
The current array of substrate materials includes toilet tissue, center pull toweling, airlaid and scrim, for which we have the capability to convert to the following finished products: all forms of perforated and non-perforated roll towels; jumbo, jumbo jr. and commercial grade; 48 roll and 96 roll bath tissue; quarter-folding, interfolding and flat sheeting.
Our manufacturing capabilities include the production of 2, 3 and 4 ply scrim material, which is sold as parent rolls or finished products.
All of the above noted processes can be private labeled to customer specifications.
